We handle a wide variety of litigation, transaction and estate planning matters. In servicing your needs, Lex Domus takes a holistic approach, believing that any particular case (or even a family of cases) should not be viewed in a vacuum or in isolation from your broader personal or business objectives.  Particularly in the litigation space, matters often resemble runaway trains of rapidly increasing legal fees without corresponding progress towards resolution. Our philosophy is to promote quality over quantity. As such, we actively litigate a fewer number of cases than traditional firms so that we can dedicate greater focus and responsiveness to each case and client. And our streamlined structure allows us to substantially reduce your potential legal expenses.  There are no layers of support staff and no expensive office space or other overhead costs to pass on to you.  Nor will your matter will be simply treated as an educational experience for law clerks or inexperienced junior associates. 


Litigation Services

Lex Domus is ready to help with your litigation needs. Lex Domus does not take sides by, for example, restricting itself only to defense-side clients. We believe in justice, regardless of which side of the “v” you find yourself on.

We have handled matters at all levels of litigation. We have experience with private and court-mandated arbitration / mediation. We have trial court experience before the courts of the State of Nevada and the U.S. District Court of Nevada. We also have appellate experience before the Nevada Supreme Court.

Our practice areas include contractual disputes, business torts (such as interference with contractual relations), employment matters, construction defect, landlord/tenant disputes, personal injury matters, and intellectual property cases.

Transactional Services

We can also assist you outside of active litigation. We can offer you advice during contract or other business negotiations. We can also provide assistance regarding your risk management or employment-related policies and procedures. We also offer training in the areas of anti-harassment and anti-discrimination. Our goal is to provide consistency and clarity and, hopefully, thereby avoid lengthy and expensive litigation down the road.
